Lesa Almond is a multifaceted entrepreneur and industry expert, serving as the Owner of Beauty Theory Salon, Beauty Theory School of Cosmetology, and Professional Beauty Products. She is also the Founder of the Beautea in Paradise Podcast, where she shares her insights, experiences, and love for the beauty industry.
With an impressive 33 years of experience as a stylist and 14 years as an educator, Lesa has dedicated her career to mastering her craft and uplifting others in the industry. She prides herself on her ability to work with all hair textures and types, ensuring that every client feels confident and cared for. Hair and scalp health are at the forefront of her practice, as she believes that true beauty begins with a strong, healthy foundation.
Lesa’s passion extends beyond styling—she thrives on teaching and inspiring others. Whether mentoring stylists, educating students, or guiding clients, she approaches every interaction with warmth, expertise, and a commitment to empowerment. Meet Kimberly
Hi, I’m Kimberley and a Hair Stylist at Beauty Theory. I graduated in the top 3 of my class from Aveda in 2023. I have done additional one on one education with a Schwarzkopf educator, Vomor Lash Extensions, Brazilian Blowout, QiQi smoothing treatment, and required hours for state of Hawaii with Beauty Theory Cosmetology School. I really enjoy working with color and creating unique vibrant looks. My work is not limited to just hair services, I also love doing makeup. I have worked in several fashion shows glam team and enjoy helping others get ready for their special day. When not behind the chair, you can normally find me playing with my dog and baking

My name is Summer, and I am a skilled hairstylist with seven years of experience specializing in a variety of braiding techniques for all hair textures and densities, including boho braids, knotless braids, and box braids. I am passionate about helping my clients look and feel their best.
In addition to braiding, I offer services such as wash treatments and silk presses. I am currently advancing my skills by taking cosmetology classes at Beauty Theory Cosmetology School, ensuring I continue to provide exceptional care to my clients.”
